Common tracking questions
My tracking isn't updating — what does this mean?
Tracking updates can sometimes pause for 2–5 days while your package moves between transit hubs or clears customs. This is completely normal. If there's been no update for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
First check with neighbours and any safe drop locations around your property. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@starlethics.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
My order is showing as stuck in customs — what do I do?
Customs clearance is handled by your local government and is outside our control. In most cases packages clear within a few days. If your package has been held for more than 10 business days, contact your local customs office with your tracking number. We're also happy to provide any documentation they may need — just reach out to us.
I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?
Most orders ship together in one package. In some cases, items may ship separately if they come from different warehouses — you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this happens.
