30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How it works
Starting a return takes less than a minute. Email us at hello@starlethics.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team responds within 1–2 business days with your next steps.
How can we help in rare cases:
Item arrived damaged or defective - Free replacement, no return required
Wrong item sent - Free replacement, no return required
Doesn't fit as expected - Exchange for a different size, or store credit
Changed your mind - Return for store credit or refund (return shipping at your cost)
Missing item from order - Free replacement sent immediately
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We'll do our best to get you the right one. Once we receive your return, your replacement ships at no extra charge. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund or store credit — your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
If you're still waiting after 10 business days, check with your bank first — processing times vary. If it's still not showing, reach out and we'll look into it for you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear (unless hygienic liner is intact), and any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service for orders over $75 so your return is protected in transit. We're not responsible for returns lost without tracking.
