Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size and colour, and click Add to Bag. Head to checkout when you're ready — you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are only possible before dispatch. Email hello@starlethics.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once shipped, changes aren't possible — but our 30-day returns process is always available.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email hello@starlethics.com with your name and the email used at checkout and we'll sort it out right away.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately we can't merge or add to existing orders once placed. You're welcome to place a new order for any additional items.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to 100+ countries worldwide. Shipping costs and availability are shown at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery from date of shipment:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • UAE & Middle East: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–18 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on all orders over $75. For orders below $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email hello@starlethics.com.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@starlethics.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll approve your request and send next steps. Please do not send items back before receiving approval — we cannot process unauthorised returns.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes. Email hello@starlethics.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unworn condition. Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if your preferred option isn't available, we'll issue a refund instead.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, especially for orders over $75 as we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear (unless hygienic liner is fully intact)
  • Health and personal care items
  • Customised or personalised items
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?

We're sorry about that. Email hello@starlethics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sizing & fit

How do I find my size?

Check our Size Guide before ordering — it's linked on every product page. Our activewear is designed to be a second-skin fit, so if you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

Do your sizes run true to size?

Most of our styles run true to size. Individual product pages include specific fit notes where relevant. If you're ever unsure, our team is happy to advise at hello@starlethics.com.

What if my item doesn't fit?

No problem — you can exchange for a different size within 30 days of receiving your order. See the Returns & Refunds section above for full details.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and secured via SSL. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Do you offer buy now, pay later?

Yes — we offer pay-in-4 instalment options at checkout. Available options will be displayed during checkout based on your location.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes. Sign up to our newsletter to receive 10% off your first order, plus access to exclusive offers and new arrivals. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

What fabrics do you use?

Our activewear is made from high-performance nylon, polyester, and spandex blends, designed to be sweat-wicking, squat-proof, and built to move with you. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.

How should I care for my Starlethics pieces?

To keep your activewear performing its best:

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
  • Do not tumble dry — air dry flat
  • Do not bleach or iron
  • Wash inside out to preserve colour and fabric
Are your leggings squat-proof and sweat-wicking?

Yes — all our leggings and shorts are tested to be squat-proof and made from sweat-wicking fabric to keep you comfortable throughout your workout.
