Shipping times

Destination and estimated delivery:

United States: 5-12 business days
United Kingdom: 7--14 business days
Europe: 7-15 business days
UAE & Middle East: 8-15 business days
Rest of World: 10-18 business days

All times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order processing

Orders placed before 12pm EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Tracking your order

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's government. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us at hello@starlethics.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, we're unable to modify or cancel orders — but our returns process is always there if you need it.

Didn't receive your order?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbours and in any safe locations around your property. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
